Standard support SLA (service-level agreement) identifies the speed of workers’ response time to a customer’s problem. If you rent a server from us you can be sure that any issue you happen to have (concerned with technical failure of a server or its components or with the network work) will be solved to maximum effect at shortest time. Usually SLA costs approximately 100euro in a European / American Data-center. We render SLA for free as we have said before. Also we render perfective maintenance of your servers. This service is rendered on a paid basis costing 30$ per month.

 

 

The standard technical support includes: 

1) Operation system set up at the customer’s request 

2) Switching on/ Switching off/ Reboot of a server 

3) Replacement of broken equipment 

4) IPMI on demand
